Belle is played by Billie Piper who delivers a witty and entertaining view to the adult industry. The series is based on the memoir "The Intimate Adventures of a London Call Girl" by Belle du Jour. I recently got introduced to the series and I'm absolutely hooked. If you don't mind a little vulgarity, you should definitely check this show out. Although she is a callgirl, Belle still gives a sense of relativity towards the viewer in her daily life.

I also fell in love with the Secret Diary soundtrack which offers a variety of music from indie rock to vocal jazz.
